About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and build production-grade AI systems, including real-time voice agents, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. You will work on cutting-edge technologies to build scalable, low-latency AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML systems including LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Build and optimize real-time voice pipelines (VAD → STT → LLM → TTS)
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases
• Implement scalable backend systems using FastAPI and microservices architecture
• Optimize latency, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
• Work with WebSockets for real-time streaming applications
• Deploy and monitor AI systems in production environments

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js)
• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines
• Knowledge of vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone)
• Experience with Whisper / Faster-Whisper, VAD systems, and TTS
• Understanding of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with real-time systems and WebSockets

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building voice AI systems
• Knowledge of GPU optimization and low-latency pipelines
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of evaluation metrics for AI systems

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
